Was Jimmy Carter a good President of the United States?

Typical DDDDDDDs! It is how they think and stink!

Jimmy Carters actions before and after showed me and America what an incompetent nincompoop he was. On November 9, four days after the Embassy takeover, Carter declared the U.S. would cease all shipments of spare parts for military equipment to Iran until the safe release of all hostages. He also cut off all oil imports from Iran. This not only further strained the U.S.’s relations with Iran, but it also damaged the American economy. Gas prices quickly spiked. In addition, he froze approximately ten billion dollars of Iranian money being held in American banks. Although there were negative effects on the U.S. economy from the oil embargo, Iran suffered much worse economic hardship from the combination of the embargo, economic sanctions, and frozen assets.

Do I think Jimmy Carter was a nice guy? Absolutely! That’s the problem. We don’t need nice guys as president. We don’t need a president that’s going to give a terrorist a big hug. Jimmy Carter was not made to be president!

The rescue attempt, “Operation Eagle Claw” failed and consequently further displayed Carter’s stupidity as Commander in Chief. The mission failed mainly due to inadequate and outdated machinery and the inability of the operation’s leaders to properly forecast the weather conditions that would ultimately lead to its downfall. Dumbocrats always pick the most incompetent military commanders.

In late October 1979 the Shah was admitted to New York Hospital in the same two rooms he had occupied for a medical checkup during an official visit to Harry S. Truman in 1949 - the ''good old days'' of the Iranian-United States relationship.

The nasty, cheating Dems will do anything to get brain dead people into high government positions who they know they can control. The Dems don’t care for a president like Putin who gets rid of anybody he dislikes with radioactive polonium-210! Of course, anyone who threatens the money machine will be ruined with bought and paid for judges and the use of lawfare!

Has anyone ever made you take off your shirt?

Exactly a year after the hostage crisis began, on Election Day November 4, 1980, America chose Republican candidate Ronald Reagan with 489 electoral votes, which definitely beat out Jimmy Carter’s 49. Now that’s a landslide! On January 20, 1981, Reagan was inaugurated and a few hours later, the last of the hostages were set free. While Carter managed to negotiate with the barely standing Iranian government and free some Americans, his inability to get it done quickly, and without injury to the American economy, was the final straw that broke the presidency of Jimmy Carter.

But the project, which employed more than 40,000 laborers, also took immense liberties with human life. Thousands of workers were killed. According to PanCanal, it is possible that upwards of 22,000 people died building the Panama Canal. Hundreds, if not thousands, more were permanently injured.

“The Americans would not be released until the Shah was returned to Iran to stand trial.”

What would happen if the Soviet Union had simply annexed Manchuria after World War 2 or kept it independent as a puppet state allied them and separate from China as China was too weak too oppose it anyway?

Iran grew to hate Jimmy Carter who preached human rights but ignored the Shah’s treatment of his people. Carter did nothing but continue to give support to this nasty leader. The Shah left Iran in January 1979 for an “extended vacation” because he knew his people were going to kill him.

Reagan didn’t have to secretly negotiate anything. Anyone replacing asshole Jimmy Carter would have made Iran happy and quite willing to negotiate and respond favorably.

The Panama Canal was the greatest infrastructure project the world had ever seen at the time with America paying millions. When the 48-mile-long Panama Canal officially opened in 1914, after 10 years of construction, it fulfilled a vision that had tempted people for centuries but had long seemed impossible.

Hi everybody! I have been looking at posts on narcs and narc abuse on here and if has really helped me out a lot. I am currently struggling with my situation and need some advice/support. I met a narc last year, everything seemed to good to be true. Love bombing, always texting calling and taking me on dates. Everything changed when someone warned me about him out in public in front of him and who he is. This caused a conflict with us and the love bombing seized. he would tell me that everything is okay and i can come and talk. He would set a time limit on me and kick me out after that. he would then text me like everything was fine and we hung out again and after that he completely ghosted me for one week. He came back and texted me a week later laughing about the ghosting and acting like nothing had happened. he continued to text me ( not like in the beginning) make plans with me, then on the day of the plans he would just ghost me. One day he would act interested the next silence. i contacted him a month later and he acted like nothing happened. He was on a vacation and sent me a picture of another woman ( someone he allegedly met on the trip) to strike a reaction but i never gave him one. After the trip he came to my place and was extremely rude, accusing me of going on dates with a bunch of men. The next day he accused me of being an alcoholic and that he wanted nothing to do with me but said well maybe we can be "friends" then ghosted me i assumed at this point it was over and i would never hear from him again. He contacted me on the holiday a month later acting like everything was great. We ended up hanging out a month or so later and when we hung out it went well, i thought things were going in the right direction. after we hung out.. silence. I would try to text him and if he replied it would be very short then he just stopped replying. He ghosted me for almost three months. I thought he was done this time and of course he popped up again like nothing happened. At this point i was getting sick of if so i questioned him as to why he dissapeared and always does this. Of course he had some sob story about a injury and family member dying of cancer. I felt pity for him and he gave me an apology.. so i took him back stupidly. things seemed to be going smooth for a couple months, of course until his family member died and his injury got better he never contacted me and was distant. Menawhile, i was there for him during the difficult time for him. He lied to me about the funeral and never wanted to chat. I was chasing him and he would always claim nothing was wrong but when i said i thought he used me when he was down he could not handle it and would always tell me he didnt care and to go away. I would get so upset i would try texting him to work it out he would barelt respond and if he did he would not be nice about it. we did hang out a couple times after that, he would ignore me after. One day i was like hey i think you are seeing someone else, and i was like well ixam seeing someone so no problem if you are he said " buy bye good luck with your new guy stop contacting me" i was devastated and tried to get into contact with him for weeks then i just gave up and accepted it was over. He ended up contacting me a month later acting like everything was fine. He wanted to go out and have drinks i told him i would. He and i both seemed to have a great time. He ends up ignoring me again. I kept texting him trying to figure out what was wrong. He kept saying everything was fine and i said ok can we hang out again? He said maybe i was like why? He just kept saying maybe … our last conversation we had… i said what is wrong ? He said nothing is wrong everything is fine. I asked him why he keeps saying maybe. He said " maybe but i dont want to see you right now" i said why? He saix " im just not feeling it, if i wanted to date i would" i said why did you contact me less then a week ago wanting to go out? He said i didnt.. even though he did. So i said should i just move on or what? He said whatever you want to do. So i said that he was really confusing me and asked him if he had anything more to say before i move on? My messages were turning green so i panicked he blocked me and reacted irrationally. I said " omg did you block me? My messages are not going through. Even texted him on my work phone asking what was up. And called him twice ( please dont judge me i know it is pathetic i never was this type of girl before him) so he replied and said " Ok I'll block you now" then immedietly blocked me. He has never blocked me before since I have met him he will just ghost. Is this ths final discard aka " grand finale? Did i just push him too far? this has upset me so much its hard to even function.

Absolutely not! Here’s what the looney left has been spewing out.

Lefty loons will swallow and believe anything! President Reagan didn’t have to negotiate anything with Iran. He just watched Jimmy Carter hang himself!

Jimmy Carter’s Panama Canal Treaty in 1977 outlining a 20-year transition for Panama to assume control of the canal, and the Treaty of Permanent Neutrality was just another typical delusional, dumb-ass, dog shit, deployable decision that would affect Americans in the future.

Our Iran embassy staff couldn’t believe this shit was happening! Not only had they warned the Carter administration of the various dangers associated with such a decision but the consequences of the shah’s admission to the United States were so obvious that no one would be “dumb enough” to think of such an idea let alone to allow it to happen.

President Carter faced fierce opposition from conservative politicians such as Ronald Reagan, Strom Thurmond, and Jesse Helms, who argued the agreements would harm U.S. economic and military interests. Carter, however, defended the treaties as vital for:

Jimmy Carter — unbelievably, decided to allow the shah to enter the United States.

It is why we need a smart big prick like Donald J. Trump!

The Shah underwent surgery for removal of his gall bladder and gall stones and two days later, celebrated his 60th birthday. He was still there 9 days later when on Nov. 4, 1979, the student militants poured into the United States Embassy in Teheran. They took fifty-two members of the American Embassy hostage, blindfolded them, and paraded them around the city.

If that doesn’t work, an assassin’s bullet will be used.

I was a young man in my 20’s and I actually voted for such a “good man”. I would come to realize America, in a world of tyrants, doesn’t need a “good man” as president. I watched the president I voted for mismanage America.

What a stupid, bleeding-heart piece of shit president Carter was.

Heart Disease: What You Eat Matters More Than Cutting Carbs, Fat - Healthline

In October 1979, President Carter had decided to admit the former Shah of Iran, Mohammed Reza Pahlavi, into the United States for supposed,” life-saving medical treatment”. This was absolutely the stupidest thing our president could do but normal for your typical dumbass, dick-sucking liberal. Not only did this not help United States-Iranian relations but it would jeopardize the safety and security of all Americans in Iran.

After the disastrous Biden presidency, Jimmy Carter died happy.
